Christmas Returns

Please Note gifts being returned must be accompanied with proof of purchase.. We cannot offer cash refunds for return of gifts. Exchange or credit note can be given if within the 30day return period.
Rebecca Jane Boutique accepts returns of any unwanted items within  30days of receiving either to the postal address or pick up point.


Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and with any original tags still intact. Unfortunately at present we do not offer a prepaid return.
​ We cannot be responsible for you not being at postal address or being able to pick up your parcel umtil a later date.

Any Local Pick up orders may be returned to the local pick up point. 


Please Include in parcel returns form. We cannot process returns without Order name or Number. We ask you take into account transit time to us and  allow 10-14 days for returns to be processed.  
In-Store purchases may be made In-Store, 14 days refund policy also applies.
